HANDS-ON
Okay, you have to be going through intense turkey burn out by now. We will make a quick and delicious meal that has nothing to do with your favorite poultry or stuffing. These seasonal dishes just might be just the break you need!

CLASS MENU:
Beef Stroganoff, Herb Buttered Spaetzle, Carrots Vichy and Fresh Berries with Creme Anglaise.

Class enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis. If a class is full we would be happy to add you to our waiting list and will contact you if space becomes available. Reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance for a refund. Harmons reserves the right to change instructors and times of class if necessary. Due to the chef’s discretion and the seasonal availability of ingredients all menus are subject to change.
