CLASS DESCRIPTION:
HANDS-ON
Learn the ancient art of sushi making with the help of Chef Bob, including proper rice cooking and how to pick the right ingredients. We will be focusing on presentation and Chef Bob will teach you how to expertly prepare a hand roll, and ensure that your cuts of fish turn out

CLASS MENU:
Spicy tuna roll, California roll, Tuna roll, Salmon roll, Nigiri sushi and a variety of sushi you will create on your own

Class enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis. If a class is full we would be happy to add you to our waiting list and will contact you if space becomes available. Reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance for a refund. Harmons reserves the right to change instructors and times of class if necessary. Due to the chef’s discretion and the seasonal availability of ingredients all menus are subject to change.
