Great Health Tip of the Day: National Cookie Day

The last thing we need is another excuse to eat sweets, but let today be a reminder that not all cookies are created equal.  When you do indulge, choose a cookie that has at least some nutrition. Oatmeal, dried fruit, nuts doesn’t make the butter and sugar disappear, but they can add a little nutritional punch to your treat.
