Great Health Tip of the Day: Know Your Beers!

However, beer is generally high in calories and not all beers are created equally. If you’re watching calories, it’s good to be aware of the number of calories in the beer you’re sipping (per 12 oz. serving):

*You should not drink alcohol if you are under the age of 21, pregnant or have certain health conditions. Alcohol intake should be limited to 1 drink a day for women and 2 drinks a day for men.
