Taking his cues from the menu at Prune, Harmons Cooking School Chef Evan Francois serves Ginger Beer Pumpkin Soup, Roasted Beets with Aioli and Bagna Cauda (a northern Italian dipping sauce for veggies). Wine pairing included, non-alcoholic beverages available.
