Class Description:
Our alliance with Weller Book Works continues with Cheesemonger, an irreverent but highly accessible entrée to the world of cheese from behind the cheese counter. Author Gordon Edgar, a former punkster from the left coast, gives cheese lovers much to sink their teeth into. The back cover says it all: A Cheese Memoir with Attitude. Cheese chat hosted by the author himself via long-distance call, cheese plates artistically prepared by our own Chef Evan Francois, who hails from Wisconsin Cheese Country. Harmons Cheese Island tour conducted by Shauna Durrant, our own Diva of the Dairy. Wine pairing included, non-alcoholic beverages available.
