Learn about the Champagne process in a very special presentation by wine educator and French Wine Scholar, Sheral Schowe. You will taste Champagne as well as sparkling “Crémant” wines from other regions in France. We will conclude with a Kir Royale, the traditional celebratory drink of Bourgogne. Harmons breads and cheeses will be served with six sparkling selections from the most Northern wine region in France to the Mediterranean.
