Class enrollment is closed.
If you love good Mexican food but want to expand your Latin dining “chops”, Harmons’ Chef Al delivers a fabulous array of dishes from the Caribbean (Havana in photo), Central and South America. Raised in Cuba, Chef Al immersed himself early on in the assertive flavors and techniques of Latin cooking. Recently named Top U.S. Pastry Chef in a grueling competition, Chef Al has earned accolades for his culinary skills at Harmons City Creek Kitchen. His appearance tonight only begins to hint at his vast repertoire.
