Since classes and tastings are offered at four different Harmons store locations, please note the class location when making your selection to ensure you are registered for your store of choice. To view classes at only one store, select the location in the "Only Show Classes at . . ." drop down box. Class registration closes 6 hours before the start time, but spots are still sometimes available. With over three hundred indigenous grapes, Greece offers great diversity in its wines. Sheral Schowe will present six wines from the Greek Isles, introducing you to the most respected white and red varieties available from Greece. We will conclude with a traditional dessert wine from Samos.

Harmons Station Park presents to you "The Ultimate Cooking Course". We will teach you four essentials for your next big event. We’ll be collaborating with Harmon’s own chefs, dietician, florist, and cake decorator for lessons in stylistic cooking, healthy eating, flower arrangement, and even a few “TIPS” for cake decorating. This week we are stopping in a little land call Korea. Korean cuisine is largely based on fermented foods, rice, vegetables, and meats. Over the years Korea has perfected the art of fermenting and preserving foods. Kimchi alone comes in thousands of varieties. Join us on our worldly journey as we stop in this unique Asian country and enjoy the local fare.
