Class registration closes 6 hours before the start time, but spots are still sometimes available. RAD RAVIOLI

2 Hours

The first sighting of ravioli was in the 14th century in Italy. Two sheets of egg based pasta with a sheep’s milk ricotta cheese, simmering in a veggie broth. Now there are a variety of fillings these little guys are stuffed with. From cheese, veggies and herbs, and even ground meats; are all popular inside these little pockets of love. Join us as Chef Tina teaches how to roll and fill your own ravioli.

In the past decade, Wensleydale Creamery has received almost 400 awards for their cheeses! That’s no surprise since their cheeses have a unique, crumbly taste, and flavor that no other region can match. Janette Scarth from Wensleydale Creamery in England will be teaching you about traditional English cheeses including Wensleydale, Stilton, and Cheddar. Chef Aaron Ballard has created recipes for the class participants to make hands-on using the cheeses. Everyone loves cheese so this is a class you won’t want to miss!
