In the 1980's, a group of American winemakers set out to promote the grapes of the Rhone Valley in France right here on American soil. The group calls themselves "The Rhone Rangers" and they have become some of the most successful producers of fantastic wines in our country. Just having returned from both the Rhone Valley in France, and Amador County in California, wine educator Sheral Schowe will profile these amazing wines and introduce class participants to some unique and food friendly wines that are sure to please both old world and new world palates!

Travel back in time to the earliest forms of chocolate and its first steps to becoming one of our richest indulgences. Chef Aaron will prepare four different recipes using Mezzo Drinking Chocolate.
