Since classes and tastings are offered at four different Harmons store locations, please note the class location when making your selection to ensure you are registered for your store of choice. To view classes at only one store, select the location in the "Only Show Classes at . . ." drop down box. Class registration closes 6 hours before the start time, but spots are still sometimes available. To check availability and to sign up for classes within 6 hours of the start time, please call the Cooking School directly:

Weeknight dinners are busy for everyone. Wouldn't it be nice to just throw everything in to one pan to cook dinner? You will learn to do exactly that with this class. Come and experience really "mastering the kitchen" with Chef Tina as she teaches you some new tricks!

Knowing how to use a knife is critical in the kitchen, and this class will teach basic skills to give you that cutting edge and technique. You will be learning classic knife cuts, how to bone a chicken and you will be leaving with your own Classic Henckels Santoku Knife!

Sonoma Valley was recognized as the ideal location to craft fine wines by early pioneers and they definitely weren't wrong about that. Join Chef Aaron Ballard and Harmons wine educator, Sheral Schowe, as they team up to give you the night of your life! We will be turning our Mezzanine into a fine restaurant, providing wine education and food education. This wine dinner is one you don't want to miss!
