Knowing how to use a knife is critical in the kitchen, and this class will teach basic skills to give you that cutting edge and technique. You will be learning classic knife cuts, how to bone a chicken and you will be leaving with your own Classic Henckels Santoku Knife!

Sandwiched in between Provence and Bordeaux is France's largest wine growing region, the Languedoc Roussillon. The most incredible values for the highest quality come from this region, as well as some famous cheeses.
