CLASSIC SAUCES - Diabetes Friendly Cooking

CLASSIC SAUCES - Diabetes Friendly Cooking Item No. CFS20120801

Class enrollment is closed.

Class Type:

D Demonstration

Class Description:
For many of us, a sauce starts with a mix, jar or a can of cream soup. That is about to change when Chef Bob teaches you the basics of 'from scratch' sauces. He will team up with our dietitian, Jessica, to create diabetes-friendly sauces made from vegetable and herb purees, broths, and reductions. These will be paired with lean protein, whole grains, and vegetables for a well-balanced meal. Who knew healthier eating could be so delicious!? Not only will you save money, but your dishes will taste even better.
