Start the New Year with the authentic flavor of Italian risotto. In this class Alessandra Deplano and Silvia Creminelli will walk you through the steps of making three classical types of risotto: (i) risotto al salame e barolo, (ii) risotto allo zafferano, and (iii) risotto ai funghi porcini. While you will prepare your own risotto, Silvia and Alessandra will also present you with the spectrum of possibilities in selecting the high quality ingredients needed to make a good risotto and explain the Italian culture that perfected their combination over the centuries.
