Class Description:
Most people think of Ethiopia as a barren land plagued by drought and hunger, and so any thoughts of food are generally pretty bleak. In this class, we’ll explore the wide variety of spices used and what each one adds to the final dish, as well as basic kitchen and knife skills. Join guest chef, J.
