In this hands-on gluten free baking class, Chef Bob will show you how to use gluten free ingredients to create your old favorites. He will teach you the tricks of working with gluten free grains to achieve delicious flavor and silky texture. Jessica, our dietitian, will join the class to answer any specific gluten free questions you have.
