A dozen years ago Greg Neville opened Lugano, an Italian restaurant in the Millcreek area. Soon after, local and national accolades began to roll in. Zagat Survey named Lugano one of the top Italian restaurants in the U.S. The James Beard Foundation invited Greg to present in New York. Greg has partnered with renown food and wine stars in Italy’s Piemonte (Piedmont), Toscana and Veneto regions. This evening, Greg presents Piemontese cuisine and wine in our Cooking School Kitchen.Price

Class Menu:
On the table: Grissini (Authentic Italian Breadsticks wrapped in Creminelli Prosciutto and Sea Salt); Zucchini, Peppers & Cipollini Agrodolce (vegetables in a sweet & sour sauce). Demonstration tasting dishes: Tajarin (Piedmontese pasta) with Butter and Shaved Truffles; Risotto al Barolo (Risotto with Barolo wine); and a Cheese Flan featuring Rochetta and Castelmagno (two Piemontese varieties). Non-alcoholic beverages available.
