On the table: Grissini (Authentic Italian Breadsticks wrapped in Creminelli Prosciutto and Sea Salt); Zucchini, Peppers & Cipollini Agrodolce (vegetables in a sweet & sour sauce). Demonstration tasting dishes: Tajarin (Piedmontese pasta) with Butter and Shaved Truffles; Risotto al Barolo (Risotto with Barolo wine); and a Cheese Flan featuring Rochetta and Castelmagno (two Piemontese varieties). Non-alcoholic beverages available.
