Our instructors are passionate about their subject, being it explaining the intricacies of a great wine or demonstrating how to properly fire grill peppers. Excitement is contagious when your instructor loves what they do, and more than that, loves sharing what they do with others. Years of training, learning from the best, hard work and dedication to their craft means you can feel confident knowing you are learning from experts.
Chef Bob Bryant was the heart and soul of Harmons Cooking school and helped create the exciting program it is today at Bangerter Crossing. Years of his hard work built the school up to be confidently passed on to another great instructor, Chef Evan. Chef Bob now leads the way at the new Station Park while Chef Evan continues to lead great classes at Bangerter Crossing. Chef Adalberto will have the challenge and excitement of opening another school at City Creek. Sheral Schowe, owner and operator of Wasatch Academy of Wine, and her talented team instruct all of our popular wine paring classes. We are always excited to introduce new and guest cooking instructors.
