Our instructors are passionate about their subject, being it explaining the intricacies of a great wine or demonstrating how to properly fire grill peppers. Excitement is contagious when your instructor loves what they do, and more than that, loves sharing what they do with others. Years of training, learning from the best, hard work and dedication to their craft means you can feel confident knowing you are learning from experts.

Chef Evan, Chef Kimberly, and Chef Tina head up the Harmons Cooking School team - they teach fun and amazing classes and also mentor growing Harmons chefs as they step up to instruct as needed. Sheral Schowe, owner and operator of Wasatch Academy of Wine, and her talented team instruct all of our popular wine paring classes. We are always excited to introduce new and guest cooking instructors.
