We welcome Estancia back to the City Creek Cooking School, with Chef Adalberto Diaz preparing some spicy Spanish dishes with very unique as well as traditional recipes. Wine educator, Sheral Schowe, will present six wines from Spain to compliment each beef preparation style. At the conclusion, there will be a special surprise dessert!
