Our passionate Artisan Bakers create Harmons Artisan bread fresh every day. Each loaf of bread is carefully crafted by hand using the utmost care and highest quality ingredients to ensure the integrity of each beautiful loaf. Our signature dark crust allows for optimal caramelization, providing our bread with its desirable flavor and soul.
All of our Artisan bread is made with locally grown and milled organic white and whole-wheat flour. Minimal ingredients are added, keeping the bread natural with no additives or preservatives. Our bread contains no shortenings, added sugars, or dough conditioners. Most of our Artisan bread contains no commercial yeast, just our wild natural yeast starter that is made in our bakery.
We know you will enjoy each loaf. Our bread is versatile - it can be grilled, torn, chopped, cut, snacked on, topped, stuffed, soaked, broiled, pulled apart or dipped. We know you will enjoy our Artisan bread as much as we do.
