Buddha's Hand Vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Buddha's Hand zest
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon thyme (fresh or dried), minced
1 glove garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk well. The flavor improves overnight.
White wine vinegar
Shred horseradish and place in a bowl. Add white wine vinegar until it covers the horseradish. Allow to marinate overnight.
Prepared horseradish makes a killer condiment.
