- Health for Life: This series is for anyone who wants to learn simple steps for a healthy life in a fun, interactive atmosphere. Bring the skills learned back home and you will have a healthy, happy family!
- Simple Solutions for Diabetes: If you or someone you care for has diabetes or pre-diabetes, this series is for you! Your dietitian will help you understand how nutrition and exercise influence your blood glucose and offer simple solutions for meal planning and carbohydrate counting.
- Healthy Gluten Free Lifestyle: If you live with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance, you understand how frustrating it can be to find delicious and nutritious gluten free foods. At Harmons, we offer an extensive selection of gluten free options. In this series your dietitian will show you the variety of products we offer, help you make well-balanced gluten free food choices, and even show you how to prepare foods safely to avoid cross contamination. Of course you will get to sample many of our products and even cook your own gluten free meal.

Individual Nutrition Counseling and Nutrition Counseling Package
Schedule a one-on-one nutrition counseling session with your dietitian to discuss your specific nutritional needs.Jessica will perform a detailed nutrient analysis of your diet and provide individualized recommendations to help you meet your goals. Receive guidance on weight management, diabetes, heart-healthy eating, sports nutrition, and more.
During these one-hour workshops, your dietitian will help you understand nutrition concepts that you can put into practice for you and your family. Each workshop will include practical suggestions and handouts, as well as a store tour or food demonstration.
