Whether you participate in cycling, running, triathlon, or other activities lasting 2 hours or longer, you have probably experienced the unpleasant feeling of a "bonk" in the past. Join your Harmons' dietitian for an evening of sports nutrition and learn how to fuel before, during, and after training and events to maximize your performance and energy. You will also get to sample some of the sports nutrition products that Harmons carries.
