Artisan salami producer, Cristiano Creminelli, makes some of the best artisan salamis and sausages right here in Utah. Creminelli salamis are sold in Harmons stores at the Cheese island. The Cristiano family has been making this salami in Italy for over 100 years. The process to make this wonderful product is largely done by hand.
