Make Your Own Holiday Hydration Station

Are you looking for a fun, festive, and healthy idea for your next holiday party? Your Harmons dietitians recommend a holiday hydration station!  It’s an impressive display for your guests to assemble a mocktail* of their own creation. The possibilities are endless, but start with the following:

 

Holiday Hydration Display

Fill large flat pan with ice. Set 8 mason jars inside filled with:

Basil, mint, rosemary, thyme
Pomegranate arils, cut oranges, lemons and limes

Add tongs or spoons for easy serving

 

Liquids:

Harmons Pomegranate, Original Apple, and Pear Juices
Arrow head Sparkling waters
Tejava black tea
Bitters

 

Other supplies:

Muddlers
Plastic Cups
Ice
Display with favorite combinations such as:

 

Sparkling Water

Juice or Tea

Fruit

Herb

Strawberry

Pear Juice

Pomegranate Arils

Thyme

Mandarin Orange

Black Tea

Orange

Rosemary

Lemon

Mixing the perfect drink is easy. Add herbs and fruit to your cup. Muddle to release flavors and juices. Add ice and sparkling water and top with your choice of fruit juice. To make these into cocktails, just replace 2 ounces sparkling water with 2 ounces of your favorite spirit. Top with water and then juice. Enjoy!
