Turkey Souvlaki for Dinner

Check out our Family Meals Month display in each store! We’re featuring a new recipe each week for a quick, tasty answer to the never ending question: “What’s for dinner?” This week we are adding some Mediterranean flair with our Turkey Souvlaki Pitas. This recipe will be found in a display in your store from September 10-16th. Here’s a sneak peak of the meal:

Our Utah-raised turkey skewers are pre-seasoned by our meat department and ready to toss on the grill.
Papa Pita whole wheat pita bread, based out of Salt Lake City, provides fluffy whole grain goodness.
The Kitchen’s cucumber and tomato salad adds the perfect fresh crisp and crunch.
Fresh hummus made in-store packs a lot of healthy fats, and serves as the perfect dip for the souvlaki, pitas, and salad.
