Did you notice that Salt Lake City set two new temperature records last week when we hit 100 degrees?! With temperatures beginning to heat up in Utah, many of us are starting to crave more cold dessert options. If you do a quick Google search of cold desserts, chances are your results will include lots of ice cream, popsicles, frozen yogurt, and slushies.

Although delicious, many of these products are packed with added sugar, making them a less healthy option to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Check out this recipe for a delicious, healthy spin on one of my favorite summertime desserts–popsicles! It’s kid-friendly, has very little added sugar, and even counts towards a serving of fruit!
