Healthy Checkout Welcomes Cheese!

Here at Harmons we LOVE cheese. We are passionate about sourcing high-quality cheeses and training our cheese mongers to be as knowledgeable as possible (learn more about that on this Taste of Harmons podcast). If the dietitian team is honest, one of our favorite parts of the store is the cheese island. We love learning about the different cheeses from our cheese mongers and especially enjoy sampling them. So, we figured it was high time to add a Dietitian Choice cheese to our Healthy Checkout Lane! For the next few months, you can find one of our favorites, Cypress Grove Goat Cheese in the Healthy Checkout Lane cooler for easy grab-and-go snacking. Here are a few other ways we like to use this soft and tangy deliciousness:  

  •  Toss the Little Red Corvette flavor with warm pasta for a quick sauce
  •  Melt on steamed or roasted vegetables
  •  Stuff the Straight Up flavor in pitted dates for a sweet/salty treat
  •  Dollop Danger Zone on a baked potato as an alternative to sour cream
  • Spread any of the flavors on toasted mini bagels for a filling breakfast, or top with sliced deli meat and cracked pepper for a satisfying lunch
