Meatless Monday 1/25: Skillet Gnocchi 

Make your Mondays easier with this tasty one-pan meal, ready in 30 minutes or less! This is a plant protein meal that everyone will love.

Tuesday 1/26: Scallops with Blood Orange Sauce and Quinoa

This gorgeous dish is sure to mix up your weekly routine. Scallops are a great weeknight seafood because they cook up quickly and beautifullygive them a try! Serve with your favorite green salad.

Wednesday 1/27: Lentil Daal

Thursday 1/28: Caprese Chicken and Zoodles 

This dish is a fun way to sneak in some of those veggies. Serve with Harmons 7-grain rolls or artisan bread for a complete meal. Warm the 7-grain bread with olive oil, garlic, and herbs to kick it up a notch.
