3 Part Wine Education: Wit and Wisdom of Wine

Wish you could share a wine tasting  party with good friends? Then join St. George Wine Club Co-Administrators Doug and Marianne Hamilton online for this fun and informative three-part series! Each class will highlight different varietals, and will include cheese tastings and appetizers from Chef Jackie that complement the week’s selections.

Note: This class is demonstration only. This is a three-part class taking place every Wednesday.

The attached equipment list provides with a list of the wines you will need to purchase from your local DABC store.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared hors d’oeuvres kit. Each kit contains appetizers for two. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on the day before each class from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
