4-Day Junior Chef Camp

Attention all parents of budding junior master chefs looking to hone their culinary skills, this 4-day kids camp is the perfect activity with results your student can share at home! Students in this condensed culinary school experience will learn everything from the importance of kitchen cleanliness, to knife skills, to basic recipes they can recreate on their own. We have specifically planned this exciting course for kids on spring break or those who are homeschooled, and each student will receive a special apron, a full color recipe book, and a gift bag.

Day 1 (Mon, 23 Mar): 9am-12pm: Knife Skills, Stock, Soups, Apple Puffs

Day 2 (Tues, 24 Mar): 9am-12pm: Hand Rolled Pasta, Marinara Sauce, Cheese Sauce, Vinaigrette, Gelato

Day 3 (Wed, 25 Mar): 9am-12pm: Tamale Cakes, Shredded Pork, Tomatilla Salsa, Dessert Chimichanga

Day 4 (Thur, 26 Mar): 9am-12pm: Pad Thai, Indian Butter Chicken, Rice, Sweet Pagotas – followed by a graduation ceremony with certificate and photos, parents are invited!

*This is only available as the 4-day camp; no single day enrollments.  This class is for children eight years of age or older.  Please state the name and age of children attending in the comment section.

This camp contains nuts, wheat, and eggs. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
