4th of July Chocolate Bark

During the class, you will learn how to make four mouth-watering recipes that are sure to delight your taste buds. First up is the Chocolate Pavlova, a classic dessert that will combines meringue, chocolate whipped cream, and Ghirardelli Chocolate Mousse (Also made during class) to create a light and airy treat that’s perfect for summer.  But that’s not all – you’ll also learn how to make a delicious Texas Sheet Cake that’s perfect for feeding a crowd. This classic dessert features a moist chocolate cake topped with a rich and creamy frosting that’s sure to be a hit at any Fourth of July party. And finally, you’ll learn how to make a festive 4th of July Chocolate Bark that’s decorated with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
