Chef Freyka would like to celebrate families coming together around the table, and she wants to give you a good head-start on a delicious dinner. In this workshop, you and your little chef will learn the art of making tamales, guided through the process with the ease of someone who grew up making them. Though intimidating to a newcomer, they’re not difficult, and after your young chef learns some simple techniques, they will be able to create memories with your family that will last a lifetime. At the end of the class we will seat together to enjoy! and there is always more tamales to take home.
