Are you ready to fire up your stovetop? Grilling at home can be super easy!
It’s one of the simplest ways to cook and allows us to build robust flavor with little effort. Chef Freyka will teach you about marinades, rubs, knife skills,  bread making, and, of course, how to grill inside your home! Bring the Greek flavors into your kitchen with this cooking class, and we’ll help you learn a much simpler way to infuse flavor to your meats and side dishes.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
