Are you ready to enjoy an unforgettable experience as we transport you to a very busy city without the hassle and crowds, without leaving out all of the flavors that Peruvian cuisine is well known for?

Chef Freyka has created a menu based on what tourists who have visited Peru like the best.  It was a hard decision, but without hesitation, she is sure that these dishes represent the fusion cuisine native to her native country; combining Asian, European, African, and Peruvian native ingredients.
