Instead of food from a single origin, this cuisine is a technicolor rainbow of fusions of Asian, Italian, Spanish, and French traditions and more! Come along with Chef Casey as he shows you the techniques to achieve multicultural dishes that dance together seamlessly. A traditional New York City cocktail will be featured in this class.
