Online Class: A Summer Picnic

June 20th is not only the first day of summer but it is also Father’s Day. Chef Shane is here to help you create a summer picnic you’ll have prepared to enjoy the next day or that evening to celebrate Dad!

Menu:
Turkey, Peach & Basil Sandwiches
Taste of Summer Salad
Charcuterie Board with 3 Cheeses
Red Wine Dark Chocolate Truffles
Mock Strawberry Rhubarb Sangria

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for up to four people. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Bangerter Crossing cooking school, Friday, June 18th from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Saturday, June 19th from  11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
