Join Chef Daniela for a seafood adventure!  Treat your taste buds on a trip to Maine. Chef has prepared an exciting menu where you will learn how to prepare some of this region’s most famous and fresh seafood dishes. Maine’s rocky Atlantic coastline and lush forests make it famous for its Maine lobster and wild blueberries, in this class we will get to highlight both of these delicious ingredients. Sign up now for your chance to travel through experiencing different dishes and flavors. We will work in teams of 4 to better utilize the kitchen space.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
