American Cheeses & Wines

Whether made locally in Utah or in other states throughout the country, come and enjoy the different American-made cheeses Harmons has on offer.  Have you ever tried wines from the Finger Lakes region of New York? Seneca Lake is the largest of these uniquely-shaped glacial lakes, and the deepest lake entirely within the state of New York.  It produces an abundant variety of the best wines from the area.

A curated selection of wines will be paired with Harmons specialty meats and cheeses, and you’ll vote on your favorite pairings as you enjoy learning about the viticulture of this richly diverse region.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
