Andalusian cuisine is one of southern Spain’s best kept secrets. The food of this culture features plenty of fresh fish and seafood, as well as typical Andalusian dishes from farther inland. Join Chef Nancy in this hands-on class as you explore the flavors and beauty of this delicious region! Bring the flavors of Spain into your home with dishes like Almejas a la marinera, which is a traditional dish originating from Sevilla. This class will also include a curated Sherry pairing.
