Northern Italian Antipasto

Antipasti is an Italian word meaning literally “before the meal,” and is the appetizer or hors d’oeuvre course. This term is the plural form of the word antipasto, which is often also used. Italian starters can be a fantastic option for a dinner party; these dishes will awaken your guests’ palates rather than overpowering them. Join Chef Nancy in a celebration of delicious little bites, some traditional, some innovative. There will be a wine pairing with this class.

Menu:
Marinated Scallops, Basil Breadcrumbs and Balsamic
Polenta and Mushroom Fondue with Garlic Crostini
Roasted Root Vegetables and Bagna Cauda
Wine Pairing
