April In Paris

The French love of cheese and wine is legendary, but for the French, these products are for more than drinking and eating. Cheese and wine have become a cornerstone in the cultural heritage of France. Our Cheesemonger Matt DeLoach, certified cheese professional and our wine specialist Cory DeLoach, will take you on a tour of one of the greatest wine and cheese countries on the planet. Join us as we teach you the history and heritage of these specialty products through our senses.

Note: Alcohol will not be provided with your kit, and you will need to purchase your own wine. One week before the class, we will provide you with a list of wines including the DABC item codes and locations with those wines in stock.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional treats.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Thursday, April 8th, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
