Learning the art of bread making is like traveling to the past where our labors were rewarded with a warm loaf of our own baked goods at suppertime.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the basics of mixing and baking bread; understanding yeast, starters, gluten development, and more. Join Chef Freyka for one of her favorite subjects as you make and enjoy:


Breads made in class will be served with soup and salad, with plenty leftover to take home, of course!
