Aspiring Chef – Making Risotto and Crème Brûlée

Hello again Aspiring Chefs!!!  Chef Daniela is really exited to teach you kids how to make risotto  and crème brûlée from scratch. You’ll learn all the tricks and techniques the pros use to make these fine-dining staples.

Each guest will take home crème brûlée to share with your family. This class is design for kids 12 and up. Parents are welcome to register with their kids.

Basic Recipe for Risotto, with tips on different risotto flavors; adding protein, fruit, and different cheeses

Chef Daniela will provide a light snack for the kids

Due to the level of difficulty, this class is recommended for children 12 years old and up.
