Are you ready to become the Gaucho and share your love and excitement for foods with your friends?! Then, join us as we prepare you to take on the task to create an Argentinean Asado. In this class you will learn how to select and prepare the most wanted cuts of Argentinean cuisine, we will even make our own chorizo. There is one important cut of meat missing below! Can you guess which one it is? No worries we haven’t forgotten it, we will also have that one!

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.
