Authentic street tacos are back! Are you often running behind the taco truck? We don’t blame you! Who doesn’t love street tacos — for many they’re an everyday meal we turn to again and again. Tortillas are a great carrier for any of your favorite fillings. Come join Chef Freyka to learn how to blend the authentic flavors of Mexican cuisine, and learn the secrets of how to use chiles as we make our condiments and salsas to top our tacos!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
