Banh Mi and Spring Rolls

Banh Mi is Vietnamese bread, similar to a French baguette but smaller and personal-sized. It also refers to the sandwiches crafted on this bread with a variety of flavorful fillings, similar to an American po’boy. Come join Chefs Shane and Brenda to learn the secrets to these tasty Vietnamese treats.

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated.
