Beef Wellington Workshop

If you love Beef Wellington but have find it too intimating to attempt on your own, never fear, Chef Casey is here to help! In this three hour workshop, Casey will walk you through each step to make this amazing meal. He will also tell you about some great sides for the perfect pairings. This class is a must for those who love learning new and amazing meals! While the class does include alcoholic pairings, we also offer a great non-alcoholic option; please list your preference in the comment section.
