Originally made with goat these mildly spicy tacos are now commonly made with beef or pork and all the craze at taco trucks across the country. Join Chef’s Jackie and Jarrett in making this iconic dish, along with some perfectly paired salsas and sides. A cold margarita will complement this meal.
