Birria Tacos with Palomas

Have you heard about birria tacos? The delicious pan fried tacos with extra sauce to dip.  Join Chef Callyn in creating this iconic dish, she will show you how to make the stewed meat along with pan frying your tortillas. We will also be having the national drink of mexico, a paloma. Traditionally a tequila based cocktail mixed with lime juice and grapefruit soda.  You won’t want to miss this culinary adventure!
