Bourbon Tasting

Susan Thompson, our Executive Bourbon Steward, will be back to share with us some unusual and delicious bourbons as well as the science behind distilling, aging, and nosing. We will enjoy a flight of three bourbons before discussing their relationships, characteristics, and nuances. We’ll provide a tasting board to accompany and enhance your bourbon experience.

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, we ask that all cooking class students be fully vaccinated.

This class includes alcoholic beverage education. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
