Online Class: California Wine and Cheese

Join the Holladay Market Cooking School for this new class exploring diverse cheese and wine from California, a world class destination for both. Harmons Certified Cheese Professional, Anne and Holladay Market Sommelier, Julie will pair a curated selection of Harmons specialty cheeses with the proper wines.  We will also be making a seasonal appetizer to add to the fun of this evening you won’t want to miss! Once you are registered, you will receive an email with the wines you will need to purchase and the local DABC store where they are available.

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with cheese for 2-4 people. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on December 9th, from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
